Refund Policy

If you enrolled under an Income Share Agreement (ISA), you made no upfront payment. There is therefore no amount to refund upon withdrawal.

Your ISA obligations upon withdrawal are governed by your individual ISA document. In most cases, if you withdraw before completing the program, your ISA is cancelled and no repayment is owed. Please refer to your ISA agreement for the specific terms applicable to your cohort.

If you paid the full program fee upfront and withdraw before the program begins:

• More than 14 days before the program start date: 100% refund, processed within 10 business days.
• 7–14 days before the program start date: 75% refund of the program fee.
• Less than 7 days before the program start date: 50% refund of the program fee.
• On or after the program start date: No refund for the current term.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees, if any, are borne by the applicant.

If you are on a no-cost EMI plan and wish to withdraw:

• EMIs already paid are non-refundable once the program has started.
• Future EMI instalments will be cancelled within 5 business days of your written withdrawal request.
• If you withdraw before the program begins, EMIs already collected are refunded per the schedule in Section 2 above.

If we cancel a program or cohort before it begins, you are entitled to a 100% refund of all fees paid, processed within 15 business days.

If a program is materially altered (e.g., significant curriculum change or mode change from in-person to online without your consent), you may withdraw and receive a pro-rata refund for the uncompleted portion of the program.

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Application processing fees (if charged)
• Seat reservation deposits paid more than 30 days before the start date
• Third-party costs paid on your behalf (e.g., exam vouchers, software licenses)
• Program fees for modules already delivered and attended

To initiate a refund or withdrawal, email us at legal@gnixar.in with the subject line 'Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Program Name]'. Include your enrollment ID and the reason for withdrawal.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm the refund amount and timeline within 5 business days. Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days of confirmation.

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied or calculated, you may escalate to our grievance officer at grievance@gnixar.in. We will respond within 14 business days.

Unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, seated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
